AI Workflows for Real Estate

Editorial Sample · A Practical Field Guide

From Chapter 1 · The Discipline

The opening of the book is a single discipline, stated honestly. Everything else in the guide is in service of it.

There are two kinds of work in this business. There is the high-volume work: the listing descriptions, the follow-ups, the social posts, the market updates, the drip campaigns, the long tail of "did anyone ever get back to that buyer." And there is the human work: the listing presentation, the offer conversation, the difficult phone call, the open house with the couple who haven't told each other what they actually want yet. Most agents are good at one of these in the same hour and bad at the other in the same hour. The day simply does not contain both, fully done, at the quality the agent would want their name attached to.

The discipline this book teaches is small, and it does most of the work. Automate the high-volume work, and fiercely protect the human moments that win and keep clients. Read it twice. Read it in the car. Read it on the way to a listing appointment, when the follow-ups are pinging your phone and you can feel the temptation to answer them mid-conversation.

The rest of this book is the operating manual for that one sentence. There are fifty prompts in chapter eight. There is a 30-day plan in chapter fourteen. None of them are magic. All of them, used consistently, free up enough time that you can stay present with the people who came to you for the human work — which is, and has always been, the actual job.
