Right-to-left rendering for the Arabic locale using dir="rtl";

3. Known limitations

Older PDF documents, if any, may not be fully accessible; the website itself contains no PDFs.
Third-party fonts loaded from Google Fonts may briefly fail to render on slow connections; the system falls back to system fonts.
